Inflammatory signalling pathways [such as regulation of fatty acid biosynthetic process, positive regulation of tumour necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, positive regulation of NF‐kappaB transcription factor activity, interleukin‐6 production, inflammatory response, CD28 dependent PI3K/Akt signalling, Pre‐NOTCH Processing in Golgi, Glycolysis, Toll Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) Cascade, Toll‐like Receptor Cascades] were significantly activated in the AKI group, compared to Non‐AKI (Figure 3).
