Anti-Ro52 seropositivity was independently associated with loss of lung function over time in patients with SSc-ILD (-2.41%pVC/year; 95% CI: -4.28 – -0.54; p = 0.013), indicating that Ro52-positivity predicted accelerated loss of pulmonary function (Table 3; Fig. 2). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM21 and systemic sclerosis.
