PTEN and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Based on the above results, we reasonably speculate that circGUCY1A2 acts as a miRNA sponge and competitively binds with miR-200c-3p, thereby eliminating the inhibitory effect of miR-200c-3p on PTEN and ultimately inhibiting the progression of NSCLC through PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
