The effect of SNORD14E on the FOXM1 exon VIIa skipping was rescued by knocking down SRSF1 in endometrial carcinoma cell lines, suggesting that SNORD14E recognized FOXM1 and promoted the FOXM1 exon VIIa skipping by recruiting SRSF1 in combination with SRSF1. Here, FOXM1 is linked to endometrial carcinoma.
