Among our list of RecA-interacting and ChmA-interacting proteins, we identified six proteins (gp2, gp61, gp63, gp64, gp148 and gp375) that clearly localized to the nuclear shell upon ΦPA3 infection of P. aeruginosa cells (Fig. 1d and Supplementary Table 3). The gene discussed is RAD51; the disease is infection.
