Deoxyelephantopin reduced the glucose uptake and lactic acid production of liver cancer cells, downregulated the key glycolysis enzymes HK2, PFK1, and PKM2, inhibited the glycolysis of liver cancer through the PI3K/AKT/mTOR/HIF-1α signaling pathway, inhibiting the proliferation and migration of HepG2 cells (吴红雁 et al., 2023). Here, AKT1 is linked to liver cancer.
