FOSL2 and renal fibrosis: Bioinformatics analysis suggested that FOSL2 might be involved in the process of renal fibrosis; therefore, we further validated this in a mouse UUO model (Figure 2A). As shown in Figure 2B, the protein expression of renal fibrosis-related markers (α-SMA, fibronectin, collagen type I) increased in the kidney tissues after UUO induction.
