On February 28, 2022, the FDA granted accelerated approval to Pacritinib, a highly effective inhibitor of JAK2 and FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), which was used to treat adult patients with low platelets who suffer from intermediate or high-risk primary or secondary myelofibrosis (MF) [127, 128]. Here, FLT3 is linked to myelofibrosis.
