Mutations versus wild-type patterns of TP53 and MYD88 genes were categorized as follows: wild for both MYD88 and TP53 (WW; 33 patients [67.3%]), mutant for both TP53 and MYD88 genes (MM; 7 patients [14.3%]), TP53 mutant and MYD88 wild cases (7 patients [14.3%]), and TP53 wild and MYD88 mutant cases (2 cases [4.1%]). Here, MYD88 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
