Previous studies have revealed that the expression of programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is increased in gastric cancer (GC), suggesting that PD-L1 might play a critical role in the progress of GC.[102] According to a present study on the regulatory mechanism of BXD acting on PD-L1 in GC, BXD could inhibit the expression of PD-L1 through multi-target and multi-pathway, which would affect the proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells.[4] Furthermore, the mechanism of drug sensitivity of BXD to GC was also investigated in vitro and in vivo.
