Cox multivariate analysis showed that MEF2D expression level, M stage, N stage and bone metastasis of lung cancer were independent risk factors for prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients.<h4>Conclusions</h4>MEF2D expression level is closely related to the metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma and other clinical characteristics, and can be used as an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma, which has the potential to be developed as a clinical diagnosis and treatment target of lung adenocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene MEF2D and lung adenocarcinoma.
