CD8A and atherosclerosis: The analysis revealed that 18 types of immune cells, including CD8 + Tem, macrophages, MDSCs, Bm, CD8 + T cm, Tfh, γδT, CD4 + Ta, CD56 + NK, NKT, Ba, Treg, DCa, Th1, CD8 + Ta, NK, Bi, and Th17, were different between patients with atherosclerosis and controls in the GSE28829 dataset (Figure 7A).
