A strong reduction of F4/80+ tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and CD3+ T cells infiltration in tumor sections was observed in KPC;K2 cKO compared to KPC;WT mice (Figure 2E-F), suggesting that Kindlin-2 depletion inhibited the infiltration of TAMs and T cells, and then possibly suppressed the inflammatory microenvironment in PDAC to affect tumor progression 47-49.
