Additionally, previous studies reported that other genes are frequently mutated in melanoma and other cancer types [4, 12–14], including BRCA2 (9/112, 8%), LRP1B (9/112, 8%), MET (8/112, 7%), PRKDC (7/112, 6%), NOTCH4 (7/112, 6%), CCND3 (6/112, 5%), and FGF3/4/19 (6/112, 5%).
