As shown in Table 2, there were statistically significant differences in AMH [2.02(1.06–3.49) vs 2.53(1.48–4.07) ng/mL, P < 0.001], AFC [8.00(5.00–11.00) vs 10.00(7.00–12.00), P < 0.001], FSH [6.74(5.26–8.35) vs 6.32(4.81–7.87) IU/L, P < 0.001] and LH [(4.19 ± 2.40 vs 4.60 ± 2.66 IU/L, P = 0.031)] between endometriosis group and control group.
