Significant increases in production of GM-CSF, Granzyme B, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, IL-13, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, and TNF-α were observed in supernatants collected from 8D10 or 10C2 biAb-armed T cells co-cultured with CD30-expressing tumor cells (Raji LV30 and RPMI 6666) in comparison to co-culture with unarmed T cells (Figure 4A; Supplemental Figure 7).
