Analysis of human melanoma trials from publicly available databases show that intratumoral CD11c expression correlates with increased CD8+ T-cell infiltration (Fig. 1F), especially effector/memory subtypes (Fig. 2B), and that patients with more expression have improved survival outcomes (Supp Fig. 3) and better responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy (Supp Fig. 4).
