For the 15 genes in the blue module associated with CD45-expressing regions, higher expression of ATP5PO, AZIN1, CALU, CRYBA4, CYC1, DST, FAT1, KRTAP10-6, MYL12B, MYOF, OR9Q2, PKM, SURF4, TACC2, and UBR5 was linked to a worse prognosis, whereas higher expression of OR9Q2 was linked to a better prognosis in breast cancer patients (Fig. 3B).
