After adjusting for age, renal dysfunction, and NT-proBNP (shown in Model 2), and further adjusting for vessel conditions and procedure data (CTO, calcification, rotational atherectomy, LM PCI, multivessel PCI, and total stent length) (shown in Model 3), multivariable linear regression analysis demonstrated that impaired ADL was an independent risk factor for the incidence of periprocedural myocardial infarction (Model 2: OR = 1.210, 95% CI [1.064, 1.377], P = 0.004; Model 3: OR = 1.190, 95% CI [1.041, 1.360], P = 0.011).
