The AUC of CAV1 was 0.822 for LGG (Fig. 2D), 0.855 for GBMLGG (Fig. 2E), and 0.963 for GBM (Fig. 2F), suggesting that CAV1 could serve as a biomarker to distinguish glioma from non-tumor tissue. This evidence concerns the gene CAV1 and glioblastoma.
