To explore the expression of miRNAs in prostate cancer and prostate hyperplasia tissues, four cases of prostate cancer tissues (Ca2, Ca4, Ca5, Ca14) and four cases of prostate hyperplasia tissues (N7, N11, N15, N16) were selected, all of which were obtained from puncture samples from the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2021 to January 2022. This evidence concerns the gene CA5A and prostate cancer.
