RBM15 and myeloid leukemia: To better characterize how RBFOX2 regulates myeloid leukaemia via m6A, we correlated the expression changes of the genes co-occupied by RBFOX2 and RBM15 in either RBFOX2 KD or RBM15 KD K562 cells, and found a positive correlation, as expected (Fig. 6b).
