The RBFOX2/m6A/RBM15/YTHDC1/PRC2 axis plays an important role in myeloid leukaemia, with downregulation of RBFOX2 notably inhibiting acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) cell survival/proliferation and promoting myeloid differentiation of AML cells. This evidence concerns the gene RBFOX2 and myeloid leukemia.
