RBFOX2 and acute myeloid leukemia: It is worth noting that the expression levels of RBM15 and RBFOX2 are positively correlated in patients with AML, and higher RBM15 expression is associated with shorter overall survival, similar to that of RBFOX2 (Fig. 6a and Extended Data Fig. 10a), indicating an interplay between RBFOX2 and m6A deposition/RBM15 binding on effects in AML.
