Higher diastolic blood pressure (BP) was associated with lower testosterone (-0.40 nmol/L, CI=-0.72,-0.08 nmol/L), SHBG and LH, higher systolic BP with lower testosterone (-0.35 nmol/L, CI=-0.61,-0.08), and hypertension with lower testosterone (-0.53 nmol/L, CI=-0.82,-0.24) and SHBG, and not with other hormones (Table 1, Fig. 2a,b, Supplementary Figs. S6-S9a,b). Here, PLOD1 is linked to Hypertension.
