We found that the median amplitude of oscillating genes in MYC-OFF in U2OS, SHEP and SKNAS was between ~0.5 and 1.7, which was within the range of what was observed in primary macrophages (0.35) and MEFs (1.7) (S2A Fig), suggesting that the transcriptional oscillations we observed in cancer cell lines were of a similar amplitude to those in primary cells.
