A total of 248 patients with HER2-positive breast cancer (mean age ± standard deviation, 51.81 years ± 9.46; range, 24–76 years) who received the full NACT regimen were included in this study, 146 postmenopausal patients (58.9%) and 102 premenopausal patients (41.1%). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
