Further analysis of the AUROC of inflammatory biomarkers in pregnant women with infections showed that the nCD64 index had the largest AUROC to discriminate bacterial infection among pregnant women (AUROC = 0.9183, P < 0.0001) and was significantly higher than that of leukocytes, PCT and CRP, whereas the AUROC of IL‐6 was the smallest and showed no statistical significance. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and bacterial infectious disease.
