Although there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of NK cell subtypes in NSCLC patients before ICI treatment compared to healthy donors (Table S2), we observed ICI treatment led to significant increase in the frequencies of CD16+CD56dim NK cell (P=0.006) (Figures 4C, D) and CD16+CD56- NK cells (P=0.03) (Figures 4I, J) compared to poor responders. This evidence concerns the gene NCAM1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
