The miR-34a, which is also overexpressed in AITL, has a negative role in regulating glucose metabolism by lowering the expression of lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) (95), whereas the downregulated miR-30b has a negative role in regulating lipid metabolism as reported in hepatocellular carcinoma (76). Here, LDHA is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
