Multivariate analysis in TCGA and GSE14520 showed that the high expression of SART3 was a standalone risk factor for HCC (p < 0.05) (Figure 3B, 3D), particularly in subgroups of male and female patients, different T stages, pathological stages, and AFP levels (Figure 3E–3L). This evidence concerns the gene SART3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
