Bilusic et al. conducted a phase I study using multitargeted AdV 5 vectors constructed with three TAAs, namely prostate-specific antigen (PSA), brachyury, and MUC-1, and developed a cancer vaccine against castration-resistant prostate cancer; they reported that the patients showed a multifunctional T-cell response to TAAs [84]. The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is prostate cancer.
