HIF1A and neoplasm: To address the problems of tumor microenvironment hypoxia and the relatively inefficient ability to exist acoustic sensitizers to generate 1O2, the presence of Pt nanozymes could effectively catalyze the conversion of H2O2 to O2, which could not only promote cytotoxic 1O2 production by PCN-224 under US irradiation but also significantly downregulate the expression of HIF-1α to improve the tumors’ sensitivity to chemotherapy, resulting in efficient tumor inhibition.
