These results are consistent with the fact that miR-146b can inhibit tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) and Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1) expression and the association between reduced expression of miR-146b and breast cancer, glioma, and large B-cell lymphoma [63,64,65,66]. This evidence concerns the gene IRAK1 and central nervous system cancer.
