As a result of the KEGG pathway network and target compound analysis, it was found that quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, and beta-sitosterol are the main BAS in PV, responsible for activity in treating subacute thyroiditis, and are closely associated with their regulation of inflammation and apoptosis by targeting PIK3CG proteins, MAPK1, MAPK14, TNF and PTGS2, and PI3K-Akt and TNF signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and subacute thyroiditis.
