In CR-diet-fed mice, CD8+ T cells in the B16-OVA tumor-draining lymph node (tLN) showed lower oxygen consumption rates (OCR, Figure 4A) and extracellular acidification rates (ECAR, Figure 4B) compared to control diet fed mice, suggesting the CR diet generally reduces the metabolic activity of CD8+ T cells compared to the control diet.
