Demographic and clinical characteristics indicate that patients with TRH, compared with the general population of patients with HTN, are older and more likely with comorbidities such as chronic coronary syndrome, chronic cardiac and renal insufficiency, migraine, cardiac and renal insufficiency, atrial fibrillation, diabetes, potency disorders, stroke, potency disorders, stroke or episode of transient central nervous system ischemia, and metabolic syndrome [8,9]. This evidence concerns the gene TRH and diabetes mellitus.
