GNRH1 and cyst: Tsolakidis et al., in their prospective randomized study, found that cystectomy for OMA led to a significant decrease in AMH (from 3.9 ± 0.4 to 2.9 ± 0.2; p = 0.026) compared to the “three-step” procedure (drainage of OMA, followed by 12 weeks of treatment with GnRH analogues and CO2 laser vaporization of the cyst wall) (from 4.5 ± 0.4 to 3.99 ± 0.6; p = NS).
