The odds of thrombosis increased by 1.4% for each unit increase in TAFI levels (OR = 1.014, 95% CI: 1.001–1.027, p = 0.032) and by 2.4% for each unit increase in PAI-1 levels (OR = 1.024, 95% CI: 1.002–1.049, p = 0.043) (Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINE1 and Venous thrombosis.
