According to the KEGG analysis, we unexpectedly observed that OLR1 was closely associated with “the PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer”, “the NOD-like receptor signaling pathway”, “TNF signaling pathway”, and “the Toll-like receptor signaling pathway” (Figure 5B), suggesting that OLR1 may play a role in tumor immune regulation. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and cancer.
