CSF2 and neoplasm: A recent study by Lathuiliere et al. describes the production of a human myoblast line immortalized with hTERT and CDK4 that was modified either to express GM-CSF (used in tumor therapy as a factor contributing to the development of an immune response to tumor cells) or various macromolecules—antibodies or SARS-CoV-2 spike protein—and is suitable for encapsulation.
