In a recent retrospective study performed at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Dana–Farber Cancer Institute, in 147 patients with MET exon 14 skipping alterations of any stage, the response to pembrolizumab in 24 patients was poor (ORR: 17%) and the PFS was a very short 1.9 months, independent of PD-L1 expression and with a lower TMB in comparison to non-addicted NSCLC [23]. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
