The results are indicated in Table 1 and demonstrate that the vast majority of the linear ANRIL isoforms (1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9–11, 13–28) are upregulated in a wide range of cancer types, including lung (LC), gastric (GC), breast (BC), ovarian (OC), cervical (CC), colorectal (CRC), bladder (BladC), thyroid (TC), brain (BrC), osteosarcoma (OS), myeloma (MM), prostate (PC), leukemia (ATL/AML), melanoma, endometrial (EC), renal (RC), retinoblastoma (RB), head/neck (HNSCC/LSCC), intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) and hepatocellular (HCC) cancers.
