Our retrospective pre-treatment peripheral blood analysis revealed, contrary to what has been reported in other skin cancers, that the values of hemoglobin, albumin, leukocytes, alkaline phosphatase, neutrophils, and eosinophils and the neutrophil-to-eosinophil ratio showed no significant differences in the PFS results, regardless of whether the levels were high, low, or in normal ranges, and these parameters did not influence the incidence of trAEs. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and skin neoplasm.
