DHX58 and infection: Our previous transcriptome analysis found that after infection with HIRRV at 10 °C and 20 °C, the differentially expressed genes in flounder spleen were significantly enriched in inflammatory and immune-related pathways like cytokine–cytokine-receptor interaction, TLR signaling pathway, RLR signaling pathway, NLR signaling pathway and Cytosolic DNA-sensing pathway, etc. HIRRV infection at 20 °C can significantly stimulate and activate the RLRs pathway of flounder compared with that under 10 °C [15].
