The results of these studies are identical to the results obtained by our team, in which the percentage of B lymphocytes, as well as TCD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes, positively expressing TLR2-TLR4 and TLR7-TL9 was higher in patients with CLL compared to healthy volunteers included in the study. The gene discussed is TLR4; the disease is B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
