The analyses carried out are aimed at determining changes in the percentage of T and B lymphocyte subpopulations in the peripheral blood with positive expression of TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, TLR7, TLR8, and TLR9 receptors, as well as the concentration of their soluble forms in the serum of patients with CVID and CLL in relation to healthy volunteers, constituting the control group. This evidence concerns the gene TLR4 and common variable immunodeficiency.
