However, based on our observations that the majority of uterine MLA cases did not harbor the TP53 mutation and that the clinical course of the two patients with early-stage, TP53-mutant MLA was inconsistent, we believe that there is an urgent need to determine the clinicopathological and prognostic significance of the TP53 mutation in uterine MLA.
