In this prospective study, we enrolled a cohort of patients with isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wild-type glioblastoma, as defined by the new World Health Organization (WHO) classification and performed untargeted metabolomics of the patients’ plasma, with a focus on biogenic amines before and after surgery, as well as before and after concurrent chemoradiation. This evidence concerns the gene IDH3A and glioblastoma.
