VEGFA and rosacea: Rosacea is a multifaceted skin disorder characterized by facial erythema and flushing, which can be attributed to various physiological changes, including increased skin blood flow, vasodilation, angiogenesis, elevated permeability, and upregulated levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a critical mediator of angiogenesis and vasopermeability [59,60,61,62,63].
