[70] proposed that the increased phospho-VEGFR-2-Tyr1175 expression in tumor lysates from OP-treated cohorts could be due to prolonged VEGF signaling in the absence of endothelial epsins 1 and 2 (Epn1/2) producing leaky defective tumor angiogenesis, and thus it contributes to tumor growth retardation.
