EZH2 and cancer: With the data of various cancer types downloaded from TCGA through UCSC Xena, which were analyzed by R language in terms of the expression of EZH2 in pan-cancer, it was found that EZH2 of 17 malignant tumor tissues (including HCC) was significantly differentially expressed compared with normal tissues (P < 0.001), as shown in Fig. 2a.
