As shown in Fig. 8A, the elevated REG1α in CRC tissues was positively related to the increased β-catenin (Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, R = 0.3750, P = 0.0048), MYC (Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, R = 0.3418, P = 0.0106) and LDHA (Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, R = 0.3149, P = 0.0192). This evidence concerns the gene REG1A and colorectal carcinoma.
